I am Tax Exempt, how do I remove the Sales Tax from my order?

The only state where Sales Tax is applied is the state of Tennessee, (where our warehouse is located).

If you are a tax exempt organization in the state of Tennessee, we will need you to do the following in order to place tax exempt orders:
1) Please register on our website. Enter and save your billing AND shipping address to reflect the address on the tax exempt form
2) Please send us a copy of your Certificate of Exemption either by fax (901-202-8983), regular mail (address below), or scanned and emailed to sales@linentablecloth.com.
3) Please include with the certificate the email address you registered with on our website.

Once we receive your Certificate of Exemption, your registered account will updated to Tax Exempt status. 

If you are a church, school, or non-profit organization, you are eligible for a 10% discount on most items, (not including chair covers, sashes, skirt clips, or clearance items,) and free shipping on orders over $100. Keep in mind, if you are registered as one of these organizations, you are not eligible for special promotions or coupon codes. If you fall into one of those categories and are interested, please indicate that also with the tax exempt form.
